1. Operator and agreement
These terms cover the website, venue software and guest table experience provided by the DineHalo team.
When you set up a venue account, we will confirm the service and commercial terms with you. A paid subscription also requires your agreement to its amount, billing interval and payment arrangement.
2. Accounts and authorised use
You must be authorised to act for the venue when creating or managing its account. Keep account and contact information accurate, protect sign-in credentials and give staff only the access they need.
Do not use DineHalo for unlawful activity, misleading content, unsolicited messaging, unauthorised access or interference with another venue’s service. Tell us promptly if you suspect account misuse.
3. What DineHalo provides
DineHalo provides software for menus, table orders, service requests, bills, invoices and venue operations. Access requires suitable devices and an internet connection. It is not an offline service or a guarantee that every third-party integration will always be available.
We help with setup and confirm the activation date with you. Physical goods and shipping are not part of this subscription. Any additional service must be agreed separately before it is supplied or charged.
4. Your menu, content and guests
You retain rights in the menu, photographs and other content you supply. You give us permission to store, process and display that content as needed to operate the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide it.
The venue is responsible for its food, prices, taxes, descriptions, availability, safety, fulfilment and guest bills. DineHalo does not become the seller of the venue’s food. Guests should contact the venue about an order or bill, and contact DineHalo about platform problems.
5. AI assistance and owner review
AI menu import and offer suggestions help prepare information for you to review. Check names, prices, categories, descriptions and proposed offers before publishing or using them. Suggestions can be inaccurate and are not a promise of business results.
6. Trial, prices and setup
The current introductory offer is 30 days free for the first 100 eligible venues. We will confirm eligibility and the trial start date during setup. The remaining-place count is maintained by the founder rather than live inventory.
The current subscription price for one venue is ₹999 monthly or ₹2,499 every three months. These are final totals with no setup fee. Both billing choices include the same features.
Before paid access starts, we will confirm the chosen interval, amount, payment date and billing arrangement. Starting a trial does not itself authorise a subscription charge.
7. Payments and renewal
Renewal payments follow the billing arrangement you accept. Automatic collection requires a separate payment authorisation; choosing a price on the public page does not create one. Quarterly payment arrangements must be confirmed separately, rather than assumed to renew automatically.
If a payment fails, we will explain how to resolve it. Access may be restricted under the agreed payment terms. Do not treat a pending bank approval or payment attempt as confirmation that a payment succeeded.
8. Cancellation, suspension and refunds
Ask support to cancel your subscription. Ordinary cancellation stops renewal and keeps access available until the paid period ends. We will confirm the cancellation and your access end date with you.
We may restrict or suspend access to address non-payment, unlawful activity or security risks. Where practical, we will explain the reason and what is needed to resolve it. Security or legal requirements may require immediate action.
Refund eligibility, requests and timing are described in the separate Refund and Cancellation Policy. Ending access does not automatically delete records that must be retained for a lawful purpose.
9. Privacy and service rights
You must give guests the notices and permissions required for your venue’s use of their information. Our Privacy Policy explains how DineHalo handles information for operating the service and its own accounts, billing, support and security.
DineHalo’s software and brand remain the property of their respective owners. Your subscription gives you access to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of the software or another venue’s information.
10. Service limitations and legal rights
Internet access, devices and external providers can affect service availability. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, guaranteed sales or error-free AI output. Report problems so we can investigate and help you recover.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
11. Changes, concerns and governing law
We will keep dated versions and notify you of material changes through an appropriate channel. Changes to a paid billing arrangement must be explained before they apply, with any required acceptance recorded.
Raise concerns with the DineHalo team by call or WhatsApp at +91 95499 92949. We will review your concern and explain our response. Every day, 9 AM–9 PM IST.
These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory applicable protections. Disputes may be brought before a court or authority with the relevant jurisdiction.
